    Made my order 3 weeks ago and still have not yet received my order, you would think by me paying for shipping it would take less than a week with it being ammo that was shipped,so far one of the longest shipping times I’ve had

    I shot 250 round thru my brandy new Glock 21SF at one renge outing with no FTF no FTE I will have to fire off another box of this stuff to break the weapon in. It is cheap it shoots what more can you want from cheap ammo.

They are clearly in the business of making money on shipping which is not good business practice. When confronted via email to their customer support, they quit emailing me back.

    Delivery is the reason for the low rating. They use FedEx for delivery when you get free shipping and in our area at least, FedEx is absolutely terrible. I was given a scheduled delivery date twice and both times waited around and it never showed up. Third time was a charm. I called Norma to see if there was an option for UPS and was told no, FedEx was cheaper for them to use. I asked if paying the difference was an option and was just flat told no. I did get my ammo but was not impressed with customer service. If your fine with FedEx in your area then I’m sure all will be good.

    These are hard primers. I have had a 3 percent misfire rate. This is too high for a self defense load. They may be OK for casual practice. I will not use them again.

    I bought these #400 Small Rifle Primer because my usual supplier ran out of CCI small pistol primers and after priming 250 cases I saw in the smallest legal print I have ever tried to see stating in the little green area on the box that these are not to be used in 357 mag, 357 sig or 40 s&w. I read that the cup is too thin and can burn through when fired and burn the breech face and destroy your firing pins. I will never use Remington products again!
