    Delivery is the reason for the low rating. They use FedEx for delivery when you get free shipping and in our area at least, FedEx is absolutely terrible. I was given a scheduled delivery date twice and both times waited around and it never showed up. Third time was a charm. I called Norma to see if there was an option for UPS and was told no, FedEx was cheaper for them to use. I asked if paying the difference was an option and was just flat told no. I did get my ammo but was not impressed with customer service. If your fine with FedEx in your area then I’m sure all will be good.

    After reading some reviews I was a little worried that something would go wrong somewhere in the process. Glad to say everything went 100% as planned. I ordered 100 rounds of .45 FMJ and this is exactly what I received. The boxes were a little torn but other than that it was what I wanted. I will be making another order for 9mm rounds.

    Received my order only to find out there were only 20 rounds per box. I’ve never even seen handgun ammo in 20 round boxes. When I went to look back at the item description, to see where the misunderstanding was, I couldn’t even pull the item up in their website. When I pointed that out to their online chat agent, Shane, he made no comment on that at all.

    The website did not recognize my logon credentials. I had to create a new account and I used the same exact user name, password, and email address from my previous account – which was just created a few weeks ago – and it let me. My order history is now missing from my previous account. That being said, I find the products I have purchased to be of top quality. I would like to see 5.56mm available in a configuration other than steel penetrator – which most gun ranges do not allow.

    Great ammo: high quality; reliable; shoots clean; no malfunctions out of several 1000 rounds cases. I use S&B for my other pistols (9mm & 10mm) and have had the same experience and results with those pistols respectively. I’m very happy that I found this site and can order this ammunition. The local gun store looked at me like I was a space alien when I inquired about buying 45 ACP in bulk. I needed 3000 rounds for a week long pistol course. The only option for me at that store was to buy each 50 round box by itself. Forget it.

    These steel; cased rounds are super hard to load, even with a speed loaded. They literally stick inside the magazines. Because of this, I had all kinds of problems with these feeding. Many times the spring would get stuck and stay fully compressed, making the magazine unusable. I also had tons of failures to eject, in every one of my guns (from pistols to my MPX). These are cheap for a reason. I wouldn’t trust my life to these.
