    Stay away. Order 500 rds 9mm, payed by PayPal wanted me to pay by family and friends and I did. seemed fishy they didn’t ask for permit number or anything. the very next day I asked to cancel order no response tried 4 times no response. Thank god I used my credit card disputed charge we will see where it goes.

    I did finally received my order but only after 4 weeks of not knowing if I was scammed or not. No order confirmation email, no tracking information and the customer service number leads you to a cell phone with a full voicemail. Will not buy from them again, too many other businesses who keep you in the loop with your order to shop from.

    Was not GB fault tired to work with seller on shipping costs. They where a bit high. He wanted 40 bucks for me to send same package would of been 12 bucks

    Shipping was rather slow I’m on the east coast and it took 8 business days not counting thanksgiving or Black Friday I ordered on 11/22 and received on 12/3 product was fine and was what I expected

    You can easily find parts and firearms on GB that you can’t find anywhere else. But let’s suppose you list a VERY popular pistol and for some reason it doesn’t sell. You’re still on the hook for GB being a broker. You can request the refund you the fee but only IF you re-list the same item on the same site. If it doesn’t sell again… I hope you have enough funds in your bank account because they do not care to charge a debit card. At the end of the day though they’re the top dog and there’s nothing you can do about that but put your tail between your legs and make damn sure your item sells. I will be getting rid of two firearms this week by just selling them to a local store and boy do I know how badly they’re going to nail me. It’s still better than dealing with GB.

    I received an online coupon and thought I would give it a try. I haven’t been buying any ammo due to the current price increase situation, but after looking at the prices with the coupon and getting free shipping, it twisted my arm enough to buy some. I’m glad I did! They processed and shipped my order the next day! It took 4 days to get from Georgia to Texas. Not too bad. The ammo was packaged nicely for shipping which was a plus. The Norma factory boxes and cartridge holders show how much quality they put into their ammo! After this first experience, I placed another order. I’ll definitely be back for more!

    Smooth transaction. Not the fastest to ship out, however free shipping and insurance make up for that. The only negative I could really point out is that they use FedEx for shipping (at least to me) and FedEx is really bad. They constantly change the arrival date or just don’t show up. They have left packages at the wrong house (not any from Norma yet – but it is always a crapshoot), and never ring the doorbell to let me know I have a package sitting out waiting for the next porch pirate to wander by. I sure would like to see Norma try to broker a deal with UPS.
