    Online most stores sell at similar price due to competition. Sooo what differentiates is availability, customer service and shipping. Midway often offers free shipping on over $49 purchase but the free shipping is way, way, too slow. Sometimes I forget that I even ordered something. Disappointing since getting things quickly is a lot of fun. I would not mind it if the product price was lower but it’s not.

    Not as good as it used to be. The good deals are pretty much gone. The taxes and fees, which are greater than what I pay in tax locally has changed how I look at buying guns online. A lot of prices look good until you figure in shipping, taxes and fees. We didn’t used to have to pay any fees or taxes. Unless it’s something hard to find, I now look and buy locally more often than GB.

    Was not GB fault tired to work with seller on shipping costs. They where a bit high. He wanted 40 bucks for me to send same package would of been 12 bucks

    Customer support is non-existent. Don’t even bother emailing them. They do reach a large customer base, which is good. If you’re a seller, they’ll assign the sales tax to your purchase and collect it later. Perfectly legal, but convoluted and annoying.

    I never received my gun from the seller. It was sent in USPS and never arrived at my destination. I am still working on getting a refund from the seller. Ordering, the ammunition and prompt shipping were all fine. The problem came when the FedEx driver decided to put the package by the garage door very early in the morning. I got in my vehicle and then opened the garage door and after backing up about 3 feet the rear tire ran into the package. I never got a delivery email from FedEx so didn’t have an opportunity to complain to them. If the FedEx driver had placed the package on the front porch or even between the garage door then there wouldn’t have been a problem.

    The revolver was as advertised but the shipping was way too much. They do not charge shipping and this revolver came from eastern Ohio to western PA. A $1208.00 BFR ended costing me $1358.00, outrageous.
