    There are a lot of ways for you to improve. I will not go into all of them. But you could start by answering the “help” questions faster. And a lot of questions cannot be answered with your written articles or robo answers. Plus you make tons of money. Get a phone number for people to call!

    The ammo is good and the prices are decent. The processing and shipping times used to be pretty good, but recently this has become an issue. It is looking like recent orders could take up to 3 weeks to process. I get that a huge influx of orders can cause but I look at it like this: If my payment was delayed by up to 3 weeks and all I could offer was, “Please bear with me, I have purchased so many things recently that I need time to get my finances in order to pay you. I am working very hard (even on Saturdays) to get it in line so you will eventually get paid. I appreciate your patience.”, how would that go over?

    Don’t like their little tactic they use to get a few extra bucks out of you at check out when they say “lost your cash discount” because you used a credit card. AND THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION TO USE BUT A CREDIT CARD!!! BULL CRAP!!!

    Immediately after ordering I sent an email to customer service due to a price drop and NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. If this is how you tret your customers I won’t be one.

    Lost shipment (UPS/Post Office Sure delivery). Package lost; up to me now to wait 15 days (per Midway rep I finally reached via email) for them to trace my stuff.

    There is no real support! You can’t pick up the phone and speak to a live person ever, only email. I have emailed them several times on different issues and can expect about a week to 10-day reply! There is currently a problem with billing and they won’t reply to settle it. I have sent 2 lengthy emails to explain the problem and have been ignored. For this, they have frozen my account!

    Weapon improperly shipped with unnecessary delay. You aren’t allowed to ship a pistol through usps…and why would you? Usps is the worst delivery system, especially since covid hit. They also wouldn’t ship my high capacity mag and you’d expect they’d have some lower capacity mags to swap it out with, or offer a small 20$ discount or something for essentially stealing my magazine, which was part of the advertised sale. My local ffl would have had no issue taking delivery with the advertised mag. Only good thing I can say is at least the gun I wanted was available on the site. Nobody else locally has any in stock.

    Packaging could be done better as the boxes in side the box were worn and torn but the weapon arrive intact looks to be of good quality.

    Not as good as it used to be. The good deals are pretty much gone. The taxes and fees, which are greater than what I pay in tax locally has changed how I look at buying guns online. A lot of prices look good until you figure in shipping, taxes and fees. We didn’t used to have to pay any fees or taxes. Unless it’s something hard to find, I now look and buy locally more often than GB.

    I had previously purchased from you and had no complaints. But can’t say the same for the second order. I had a call to customer service and asked to check out the tracking number provided. But when I explained I had Andy given her the date of shipment she said there was definitely a problem and checked it out. I had gotten the impression that she had already experience this problem. The first order was shipped FedEx, but my second order chose to go ground and save money. But these shipment are put in another area. She would check on the order and text me with update. I did receive a text and was told an error in the label and package was returned for a new label and had been reshipped using same tracking number. I am still waiting for delivery.

    Online most stores sell at similar price due to competition. Sooo what differentiates is availability, customer service and shipping. Midway often offers free shipping on over $49 purchase but the free shipping is way, way, too slow. Sometimes I forget that I even ordered something. Disappointing since getting things quickly is a lot of fun. I would not mind it if the product price was lower but it’s not.

    They would not expedite the shipping so it took longer time to ship back to them and more time to ship back to me.They told me that the GM did not want to pay for it. When i called to let them know it’s the wrong gun it took 5 phone calls and two emails to get any respond.

    After reading some reviews I was a little worried that something would go wrong somewhere in the process. Glad to say everything went 100% as planned. I ordered 100 rounds of .45 FMJ and this is exactly what I received. The boxes were a little torn but other than that it was what I wanted. I will be making another order for 9mm rounds.
