Inaccurate ammo
I took this ammo to our local range with my Ruger m77 and my m1a, With three other types of ammo. The Ruger will shoot inside a 1 1/4 all day long and the m1a will shoot inside a 1 1/2 with open sights at 100 yards. This ammo will not print smaller than a 5″ group. As good as Lake City brass…..
I have been looking for a long time for the American Eagle 7.62 NATO brass to show back up here and finally gave up. Instead I bought the IMI 7.62 NATO and fed it to my M-14. This brass is just as good as the American Eagle (Lake City)brass that has become truant at zonearms. In fact, it is just a tad heavier. But it sure makes real nice handloads. As with military ammo, the primers are crimped in, but not very hard. So I will buy more of this Israeli-made ammo just for the brass. By the way, this stuff shoots nicely and I would recommend it to anyone with auto loaders.March 27, 2021
