    Immediately after ordering I sent an email to customer service due to a price drop and NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. If this is how you tret your customers I won’t be one.

    I was very concerned after ordering especially after seeing some of these reviews. My card was charged right away but I NEVER received an email from them regarding acknowledgment of my order, receipt, or any kind of information regarding shipment. Despite this I did receive exactly what I ordered within 10 days and that was during the time we(I’m in Dallas, TX) were in extreme weather freeze conditions. I am not sure if I would order again simply due to the absolute lack of communication.

    The “first” order I placed was shipped to the wrong address. I was told my credit card would be refunded and I should place another order. Waiting to see how this all works out before I fully rate my experience.

    I never made a purchase. I don’t know if my account was hacked or what happened. But I had to contact the seller and let him know if wasn’t me. There is no number to call gunbroker and no where I saw to contact you guys. It also took me about 30 minutes to change my password bc the site kept messing up. I don’t feel very confident in your site anymore of the ability to get support when something like this happens.

    the gun was poorly cared for by the seller. I doubt that I would buy another gun, unless the gun was actually at their location, were they could vouch for it’s condition.

    Took several days to arrive and fedex left box where my neighbors dog got ahold of it and chewed it up.

    I never received my gun from the seller. It was sent in USPS and never arrived at my destination. I am still working on getting a refund from the seller. Ordering, the ammunition and prompt shipping were all fine. The problem came when the FedEx driver decided to put the package by the garage door very early in the morning. I got in my vehicle and then opened the garage door and after backing up about 3 feet the rear tire ran into the package. I never got a delivery email from FedEx so didn’t have an opportunity to complain to them. If the FedEx driver had placed the package on the front porch or even between the garage door then there wouldn’t have been a problem.

    Ordered 4 boxes of ammo, had to pay $18 shipping and handling plus about an extra $9 because at that time they would only ship FedEx signed delivery. They sent my order off just fine, long story short, on the way from Georgia to Texas someone at FedEx opened package stole 3 of 4 boxes of ammo resealed it with new label. I have called ammoshop three times, sent two emails with no response. I really only wanted to see if they could help me proceed in filing a claim with FedEx. Have not gotten any response what so ever. uh I know the package had all ammo when it left their warehouse, you can tell by the weight, 8.5 lbs, so the delivery and missing items goes to FedEx, only two stars though for Ammoshop due to zero response through customer service and expensive shipping and charging extra now for a signed delivery, Which obviously does nothing to guarantee your order won’t get stolen.

    Delivery is the reason for the low rating. They use FedEx for delivery when you get free shipping and in our area at least, FedEx is absolutely terrible. I was given a scheduled delivery date twice and both times waited around and it never showed up. Third time was a charm. I called Norma to see if there was an option for UPS and was told no, FedEx was cheaper for them to use. I asked if paying the difference was an option and was just flat told no. I did get my ammo but was not impressed with customer service. If your fine with FedEx in your area then I’m sure all will be good.

It is looking like recent orders could take up to 3 weeks to process. I get that a huge influx of orders can cause but I look at it like this: If my payment was delayed by up to 3 weeks and all I could offer was, “Please bear with me, I have purchased so many things recently that I need time to get my finances in order to pay you. I am working very hard (even on Saturdays) to get it in line so you will eventually get paid. I appreciate your patience.”, how would that go over?
