    The ammo was reasonably priced (for our current time lol) and functioned great as training ammo. 4/5. It took an extra week to get to me for some reason …so 2/5

    Good place to find for the products that are available but out of stock else where. There are some sellers price gouging on some reloading components. Reason why gave them three stars is some of there sellers are charging to much for shipping compared to regular suppliers.

    I’ve never had a package arrive so beat up. Although the ammo does not appear to be damaged, the individual boxes the ammo came in and the larger shipping box were in really, really bad shape when they arrived via FedEx.

    There is no real support! You can’t pick up the phone and speak to a live person ever, only email. I have emailed them several times on different issues and can expect about a week to 10-day reply! There is currently a problem with billing and they won’t reply to settle it. I have sent 2 lengthy emails to explain the problem and have been ignored. For this, they have frozen my account!

    I ordered two orders, two, because I chose the wrong item by mistake the first time and their customer service is apparently outsourced and they don’t allow for a modification of the order (even if you want to ADD to the order). I could have cancelled the first order and re-ordered, but would have lost the original pricing (Black Friday discounts). I know I made a mistake, but I would hope a company like this can adjust an order that is “pending”. Also, the order showed up and some of the boxes had opened up and there were loose cartridges all over the inside of the package.

    I get Black Friday is very busy and order delayed because of volume, don’t get why I checked order status says it’s on hold waiting on product to be filled, that info would of been better in the email than due to volume of orders. First order done with no issues and very fast delivery, second one is ehh for now. Will order again in future to see if this was a hiccup because of Black Friday.

    However, was shipped Fed Ex which, to my surprise, was kind of a pain. Have received shipments from other vendors vis UPS which went much smoother.

    Delivery is the reason for the low rating. They use FedEx for delivery when you get free shipping and in our area at least, FedEx is absolutely terrible. I was given a scheduled delivery date twice and both times waited around and it never showed up. Third time was a charm. I called Norma to see if there was an option for UPS and was told no, FedEx was cheaper for them to use. I asked if paying the difference was an option and was just flat told no. I did get my ammo but was not impressed with customer service. If your fine with FedEx in your area then I’m sure all will be good.

    Shot a 100 rounds of the 9 mm through my Walther PPQ at a nearby range. Had very inconsistent results. Switched back to my usual Federal ammo and instantly went back to normal. Even had the range officer shoot a clip full and he agreed the Tula wasn’t very good ammo through the Walther. Cheap doesn’t make good.

    The revolver was as advertised but the shipping was way too much. They do not charge shipping and this revolver came from eastern Ohio to western PA. A $1208.00 BFR ended costing me $1358.00, outrageous.
