Shipping was rather slow I’m on the east coast and it took 8 business days not counting thanksgiving or Black Friday I ordered on 11/22 and received on 12/3 product was fine and was what I expected

After reading some reviews I was a little worried that something would go wrong somewhere in the process. Glad to say everything went 100% as planned. I ordered 100 rounds of .45 FMJ and this is exactly what I received. The boxes were a little torn but other than that it was what I wanted. I will be making another order for 9mm rounds.

I never made a purchase. I don’t know if my account was hacked or what happened. But I had to contact the seller and let him know if wasn’t me. There is no number to call gunbroker and no where I saw to contact you guys. It also took me about 30 minutes to change my password bc the site kept messing up. I don’t feel very confident in your site anymore of the ability to get support when something like this happens.

You can easily find parts and firearms on GB that you can’t find anywhere else. But let’s suppose you list a VERY popular pistol and for some reason it doesn’t sell. You’re still on the hook for GB being a broker. You can request the refund you the fee but only IF you re-list the same item on the same site. If it doesn’t sell again… I hope you have enough funds in your bank account because they do not care to charge a debit card. At the end of the day though they’re the top dog and there’s nothing you can do about that but put your tail between your legs and make damn sure your item sells. I will be getting rid of two firearms this week by just selling them to a local store and boy do I know how badly they’re going to nail me. It’s still better than dealing with GB.

I get Black Friday is very busy and order delayed because of volume, don’t get why I checked order status says it’s on hold waiting on product to be filled, that info would of been better in the email than due to volume of orders. First order done with no issues and very fast delivery, second one is ehh for now. Will order again in future to see if this was a hiccup because of Black Friday.

I have used this ammunition extensively and I have found it to be excellent in reliability, in price and in its quality. I would use this brand in any caliber in addition to the .45 ACP that I have been using.

I just completed my first 1000 rounds of this ammo. Was very pleased with results. No misfires. No mis-feeds. Accuracy was good. Feel is sharp and crisp. Was a little dirtier to shoot than PMC, but much cleaner than Winchester

Been through 300 rounds so far no failures. I have a Glock; Of course certain guns will not like the metal casing, so if you don’t know how your gun will perform I suggest trying a box or 2 to test

Delivery is the reason for the low rating. They use FedEx for delivery when you get free shipping and in our area at least, FedEx is absolutely terrible. I was given a scheduled delivery date twice and both times waited around and it never showed up. Third time was a charm. I called Norma to see if there was an option for UPS and was told no, FedEx was cheaper for them to use. I asked if paying the difference was an option and was just flat told no. I did get my ammo but was not impressed with customer service. If your fine with FedEx in your area then I’m sure all will be good.

Well I had purchased a 243 rifle and the store had no inventory of 243 ammo.I was able to purchase ammo at one store and that was all they had. I religiously stopped by the store daily and called all stores daily. On one occasion a store customer service person in the ammo dept said for me to look up Norma. He said they are a little pricey $$ but they would probably have you need. Well he was right you had what I needed and more. The pricing was inline with prices at the retail store if not better. The website was easy to navigate. Updates on my order arrived by email. Delivery was within 3 weeks to my home. I have nothing negative to comment on. My experience was awesome!
